The heart of the Church
FIT Church is a strong community getting 1% better every day. We draw close to God, become more like Christ, grow personally, and have fun doing it.
Together is a big word here. No one does life alone.
Family means strong marriages and kids who know they are loved. It reaches past one household. Strong families build strong communities and strong nations.
Faith, fitness and wellbeing go together. The body matters. So does the soul. So do the people beside you.
At FIT Church, we believe life is better together. We’re building a strong community where genuine friendships grow, families are strengthened, and we support one another through every season of life. Whether we’re sharing a meal, growing in faith or helping each other through a challenge, we want everyone to know they are valued and have something to contribute. Whatever your story or where you are on your journey, there’s a seat at the table for you.

At FIT Church, we believe kids aren’t the church of tomorrow. They’re a vital part of the church today. The faith a child builds early becomes the foundation they stand on for the rest of their life, so we see raising kids to know and love Jesus as one of the most important things we do.

FIT Principles

We believe that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. He is the only way to God the Father, and there is no salvation apart from Him. Through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, we receive forgiveness of sins, new life, and the promise of eternal life. This is the unchanging truth of God's Word and the foundation of our faith.

We believe strong families build strong communities, strong churches and strong nations. We're committed to bringing families together, strengthening marriages, and raising strong, healthy kids who know they're loved and have a purpose in God's kingdom.

We believe our bodies are a gift from God and a temple of the Holy Spirit. We honour Him by caring for our physical health and wellbeing through movement, rest, nutrition and healthy habits, so we have the strength to serve Him well.

We believe integrity means being the same in private as we are in public. Like Daniel, whose enemies could find no fault in him, we are committed to living with honesty, faithfulness and godly character, even when no one is watching.

We believe every person is uniquely made by God, created with purpose and given gifts to use for His glory. Our identity is found in Christ, not in what others say or what we've done.

We believe God has a unique call on every life, a purpose to discover and fulfil. Our goal is to influence this generation through the Power of the Holy Spirit to depopulate Hell and populate Heaven.

Our past does not dictate our future. Through Jesus we are transformed, and our testimony becomes a powerful source of hope for others to be likewise transformed.

We believe God created us to do life together. We are a family where genuine friendships are formed, meaningful connections are built and everyone has a place to belong. We stand together, grow together and walk through every season of life together.

We believe God wants His people to thrive. Whatever we do, we do it with excellence and with all our heart, as for the Lord, giving our best in every area of life.
